Service Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Duration

Motronx provides a standard 30-day service warranty on general maintenance and labor, unless specified otherwise for a particular service.

2. Parts Warranty

Any parts replaced during the service are covered strictly under the respective Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or Original Equipment Supplier (OES) warranty terms. Motronx assists in claiming these warranties but does not independently warranty third-party parts.

3. Service Warranty Conditions

If an issue directly related to the service performed arises within the 30-day window, Motronx will rectify it free of labor charges.

4. Exclusions & Misuse

The warranty is voided under the following conditions:

• Subsequent accidents or damages occurring after the service.
• Misuse, racing, or using the vehicle outside normal operating parameters.
• Tampering or repairs performed by an unauthorized third-party mechanic after our service.
• Consumable items like engine oil, brake pads (wear and tear), and filters are not covered under warranty once used.
