How does mechanic assignment work?
Once you book a service, our system automatically assigns the nearest available certified mechanic who specializes in your bike's brand. You will receive real-time tracking updates.
Do I have to provide OTP to the mechanic?
Yes. For security and to confirm the start of the service, you must share the 4-digit OTP sent to your registered mobile number with the mechanic.
Services & Pickup
How does free pickup and drop work?
If your service requires garage tools, our mechanic will pick up your vehicle from your location, take it to our partner workshop, and drop it back once the service is complete. You can track this entirely on the app.
Can I upload images of my bike?
Yes! During the booking or inspection phase, you can upload images of any dents or specific issues to help our mechanics bring the right tools and parts.
Payments & Invoices
When do I pay for the service?
You only pay after the service is successfully completed. You can pay online via UPI, Cards, or Net Banking, or choose Cash on Delivery (COD).
Will I get a proper invoice?
Absolutely. A detailed digital invoice inclusive of GST (if applicable) and a breakdown of parts and labor will be emailed to you immediately after payment.
Privacy & Data
Why do you need my location?
We require location access to accurately dispatch mechanics to your doorstep and to provide you with live tracking of their arrival.
Is my personal data secure?
Yes. Your phone number, media uploads, and location data are strictly used for service fulfillment and are protected with industry-standard encryption as per our Privacy Policy.
