Pickup & Drop Policy

Our platform focuses heavily on convenience, offering doorstep service or pickup and drop facilities for comprehensive servicing.

2. Pickup Timings & Delays

While we strive to adhere strictly to selected time slots, pickup and delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen traffic conditions, bad weather, or logistical constraints.

3. Customer Availability

Customers must ensure they are available at the specified location during the selected slot. If a customer is unreachable, the booking may be rescheduled or cancelled.

4. Vehicle Condition

A pre-service inspection is done at the time of pickup. Customers are encouraged to record a video or acknowledge the visual condition of the bike to prevent post-service disputes regarding scratches or dents.

5. Fuel Responsibility

Customers must ensure their vehicle has sufficient fuel for the mechanic to safely ride it to the nearest partner workshop (if not serviced directly at the doorstep). Motronx is not responsible for refueling costs.
