1. Introduction

Welcome to Motronx. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Booking Terms

All bookings made through the Motronx platform (website or app) are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation notification or SMS. We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings under extraordinary circumstances.

3. Cancellation Rules

Customers may cancel their booking at any time. However, cancellations made after a mechanic has been assigned or dispatched may incur a nominal cancellation fee. If a mechanic arrives at your location and you refuse service without a valid reason, an inspection fee will be charged.

4. Pickup & Drop Conditions

For services involving pickup and drop, our representatives will inspect the vehicle before taking custody. Customers must ensure no valuable items are left in the vehicle. Motronx is not responsible for any pre-existing damages notated during the initial inspection.

5. Pricing Conditions

The prices listed on our platform are estimated. Final pricing may vary based on the actual inspection of the vehicle by our certified mechanics. We will always seek your approval for any additional costs before proceeding with the repair.

6. Delays

While we strive for prompt service, delays may occur due to traffic, weather conditions, or parts availability. Motronx shall not be held liable for any indirect losses arising from such delays.

7. Mechanic Responsibilities

Our background-verified mechanics will perform the requested services with utmost care and professionalism using standard tools and genuine OEM/OES parts.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate location details and ensure their availability during the scheduled time. Customers must also provide a safe environment for doorstep servicing.

9. Warranty Limitations

We provide a standard 30-day warranty on our workmanship and manufacturer warranty on parts replaced. This warranty does not cover damages caused by subsequent accidents, misuse, or tampering by unauthorized third parties.

10. Payment Terms

Payments can be made online or via Cash on Delivery (COD) post-service completion. Invoices will be generated and shared digitally. All prices are exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

11. Liability Limitations

Motronx is an aggregator of mechanic services. While we ensure high quality, our maximum liability in case of any dispute is limited to the cost of the service provided.
