Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Before Mechanic Assignment
You may cancel your booking without any penalty before a mechanic has been assigned or dispatched to your location.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch / Arrival
If you cancel the service after a mechanic has been dispatched and arrives at your doorstep or pickup location, a mandatory ₹500 cancellation/visiting fee will apply to compensate for travel time and logistics.
3. Non-Refundable Inspection Charges
If a mechanic arrives and conducts a detailed diagnosis but you decide not to proceed with the repair, an inspection charge is mandatory and non-refundable.
4. Online Payment Refunds
If you cancel an order that was paid for online, the applicable refund amount (minus any visiting fees, if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method.
5. Refund Timelines
Approved refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank or payment issuer.
